7 Principles to Happy Life.
Mwangi Amos
Wow! Number seven again. I have read about this number all through my
life and I do hear people call it a lucky number. In the spiritual life, this
number is referred to as the number of completion. What if there are seven
principles you can apply and live a happy life? Read through this article and
discover these amazing guidelines.
1.
Live
Each Day at A Time
People live a life of
worry, they are worried about what will come next and where to have hope for
tomorrow. However, being visionary is very important and of crucial concern,
living each moment is a discovery that many people don’t have towards enjoying
life. Live today and let tomorrow come. Doesn't the bible even state in the
book of Matthew 6:25 onwards against being worried about tomorrow? Each day has
its trouble. Let the troubles of today bother you and live the future to the owner.
2.
Be
Positive With Life
Being confident and
positive about life is a gift. We all struggle to remain positive despite what
comes our way and all the storms of life. This is the fact, once you remain positive
amid the challenges of life, you will always make sober decisions and come up
with a solution to whatever challenges you face.
3.
Go
for what You Love and Enjoy Doing.
You are gorgeous,
fabulous, talented, and brilliant. With all these characteristics and so many
more that you possess, it is just not ok
for you to keep doing what you feel is a burden to you and more especially your
job. You need to be your best, go for that dream you have, and live that life
you wish to, at the end of the day nobody is going to live your life.
4.
Embrace
yourself for whom you are
Yes! Self-esteem as many
call it, you need to appreciate that you are wonderfully and fearfully made by
the creator of the universe. Stop undermining your capabilities, you can do it,
you can become it. Just love what you believe in and work towards the same.
5.
Be
Mindful About Others
The only true act of
being human is being there for other people. It does matter if you don't
believe in the theory of altruism, life is fulfilling when you can support
people either emotionally or on a practical basis. Being Mindful of others is a
true sign of one being a human.
6.
Advance
yourself
As Stephen Covey calls it
"sharpening the saw". You need to keep developing yourself towards
the best version. If it calls for you to read do it, if it calls for a change
in a career do it! Just make sure you don’t remain in the same place. If you
were granted a chance to cut down a tree within a limited time, you would use
most of the time to sharpen the axe and make your work easier. Apply this and
equip yourself more towards living a happy life.
7.
Go
for your passion
Passion is what drives a
person. Do what you love the most. You will enjoy life if at all costs your
passion is going to be accomplished. Analyze what you love the most and go for
it, this is where your happiness is concealed.
